The riding boots It is one of the star products of the artisanal footwear sector of the Huelva town of Valverde del CaminoKnown worldwide for its thriving footwear industry, Valverde del Camino has mainly excelled in the artisanal manufacture of boots, specifically, riding boots and hunting. Among the riding boots, it is worth highlighting a type of riding boot, whose original design was conceived here, it is the traditional "Rociero boot” designed by the shoe craftsman Jose Parreno, for a design competition held in the 1940s. Since then this type of boot has become popular throughout the world, partly thanks to its widespread use on pilgrimages to El Rocío in Almonte.
The city of Huelva has dozens of workshops dedicated to the manufacture of footwear. One of them is the workshop of our company Sport y Equitación SL, run by our craftsman José de Mora, who continues a family tradition that dates back to the beginning of the 20th century.
In this article we want to talk about the brand that we have created to encompass our designs and creations regarding riding boots and of which we are deeply proud, it is the brand 5VOur brand is positioned in the market as a brand of high-quality boots, handcrafted following unique designs, conceived by our master craftsman and manufactured following traditional sewing techniques. In all our models, we use leathers and materials of the highest quality, achieving a superior quality finish.
We were recently able to see one of our riding boot models from the brand on television 5V in the program of Jesus Calleja. The brand 5V It was chosen by the television presenter as his footwear in the programme he made with Bertín Osborne, for the horse rides we enjoyed in that edition of his programme. From our company we would like to thank Jesús for the trust he has placed in our products and invite him to return to our workshop whenever he wants.
